This is a great soap to shower with, but a byproduct of using it every day is that I no longer need to use bug repellent. I live on 95 acres with two active creeks, and we have more than our share of bugs and ticks. Chiggers used to eat me up, but since I have been using this every day, no skitters are buzzing around my head, and apparently, the chiggers and ticks have decided I don't taste so good anymore and are leaving me alone.
